“House of Gucci” starring Lady Gaga – what is the plot?
The end of 2021 brought a rather high-profile hit, namely “House of Gucci” (in Polish, “House of Gucci”), which combines the features of a detective story, drama and biographical film. The director is the acclaimed Ridley Scott, who is behind “Gladiator”, “Hannibal” and “Prometheus” among others. It tells the shocking story of Patrizia Reggini, the ex-wife of Maurizio Gucci, who is the grandson of the world-famous designer Guccia Gucci and at the time headed this Italian fashion house
Patrizia plans to kill her ex-husband, or more precisely, orders his murder. Maurizio is shot and three years later Patrizia, nicknamed the “black widow,” is sentenced to twenty years in prison, of which she eventually serves eighteen and is released for good behavior. The film shows not only great fashion, but also numerous betrayals, intrigues, secrets and revenge.
Lady Gaga’s dazzling creations at “House of Gucci” premieres
The long-awaited film “House of Gucci” finally appeared on cinema screens around the world. Along with it, the actors went on a promotional tour. We took a look at Lady Gaga’s creations, which outshined everyone – her stylists deserve recognition. Gucci gowns are scrolling, of course, but also Valentino, Versace and Armani.
Above all, the phenomenal Gucci creation was widely commented – a purple dress with a train, made of transparent tulle. The artist completed the look with stockings, sky-high platforms, gloves and diamond jewelry.
Meanwhile, in Los Angeles, she posed in a sequined strapless gown from Valentino. She also wore her hair short, with expressive makeup and impressive jewelry. In Milan, on the other hand, she wore a tight red Versace gown with a corset top and stilettos in a similar color
As for the New York premiere, here Lady Gaga opted for a suit by Rodarte consisting of a navy blue jacket with white flowers, a bodysuit and white pants with slits at the bottom. The whole outfit was of course completed with her characteristic platforms. She also made a huge impression in a black one-shoulder dress with slits by Valentino, which she matched with gold stilettos and earrings, and styled her long hair into soft waves.
The “House of Gucci” premiere in London is also not to be missed, for which Lady Gaga wore a short lingerie dress by Et Ochs with an asymmetrical cut, made of precious silk. High heels and jewelry completed the delicate style.
We have mentioned a few outfits, but there were even more. The beige set with a cape from Gucci, the jacket with chains from Alexander McQueen or the camouflage dress from Valentino. So you can list and list, but one thing is certain – Lady Gaga not only perfectly played the role of Patrizia Reggini, but also proudly promoted the entire production.
