Essential oils have a remarkable ability to relax the body and induce tranquillity, making them an ideal way to wind down after a long day at work or school. One of my favourites is the Tranquility Essential Oil Blend, made up of two of the most potent essential oils in existence – frankincense and lavender – with supporting ingredients including patchouli and clary sage.
